After long years of experience in the industry in Canada, working with multiple practice and DSOs, organizing, creating systems, recruiting, training dental professionals and starting up new practices.
In 2022, Reem Alayan found the need for the market to have specific services that help office managers and teams to focus on their production and on providing the best quality of treatment to their patients, and she decided to start Prime Dental Management Servicesto serve dental practices directly or through working with excellent partners who have the same vision.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Reem Alayan
Reem Alayan is the visionary founder of Prime Dental Management Services, bringing over a decade of expertise in dentistry, practice management, compliance, and professional training. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry from Iraq and has continued to advance her education in Canada through specialized programs, including Dental Practice Management at the University of Toronto and Infection Control Professional Development at Queen’s University.
Reem further strengthened her infection control and safety credentials with additional dental-focused programs from Fanshawe College, Health and Safety Inspections from the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS), and certification as a WHMIS Trainer. Her diverse academic and professional background positions her as a trusted authority in IPAC, compliance, and dental operations.
Throughout her career, Reem has supported over 70 dental practices, assisting with everything from operational management and compliance to successfully guiding new clinic startups. She has also trained hundreds of professionals across multiple levels including dental administration, IPAC, and regulatory standards empowering teams with the knowledge and confidence needed to excel.
In addition to her work as a dentist. Reem served as a teaching assistant for dental students in Iraq, an experience that honed her expertise in adult education, communication, and mentorship skills she continues to bring forward in her leadership at Prime DMS.
Driven by passion, precision, and a commitment to elevating dental standards, Reem leads Prime DMS with a clear mission: to help dental practices operate with confidence, compliance, and excellence.

Managing Partner- Recruitment Department
Shayma Aldabbagh has a bachelor's degree in Dentistry- Iraq .She completed Dental Practice Management and Human Resources Management programs at the University of Toronto, in addition to numerous continuing education courses in dentistry demonstrating her commitment to continuous growth and professional excellence with extensive expertise in dental operations, team leadership, and practice management.
With a strong track record of managing multiple dental practices, Shayma has led teams with proven success, enhancing operational efficiency, elevating patient care, and building positive workplace cultures. Her leadership is rooted in clarity, empathy, and the ability to unify teams toward shared goals.
Shayma specializes in helping dental practices secure right-fit candidates and ensuring they integrate seamlessly into their new environment. She excels in creating structured onboarding and training programs that empower new team members and support long-term success.
In 2025, Shayma joined Prime DMS, dedicating her experience, passion, and leadership to advancing Prime DMS’s vision and supporting the dental practices we proudly serve.
